The focusing device of Huayan FMD camera can provide the focusing basis for line scan camera effectively when the precise volume is not needed. The camera focusing device consists of trigger photoelectric, two pairs of high-performance range sensors VDM28 and a pair of industrial gratings LGM8. The trigger photoelectric is used to provide the system with a signal ready to start measurement; The front and rear distance sensors respectively sense the incline of the sides of the package to provide support for the focusing of the side camera. The grating senses the height information of the package, providing support for the top camera focusing; The rear camera is in prime focus. All distance information and height information are uniformly transmitted to FMD decoding unit through IO module for calculation, and finally the focus data of wire-sweep camera is obtained.
